There is a rescue group called "Foal Train" that rescues foals straight from the PMU farmer, so there are no auctions involved. They recive photos from the PMU farms of the foals avalible and post them on their website. Foals are mostly,QH's,draft's,and draft X's. Their website is foalrescue.com
